Payment

We use Paypal for all our payments. Paypal is easy, efficient and discreet. If you would prefer to pay directly to our business bank account, let us know and we can provide you with the necessary information.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is very important to us and we will not use your name for any
commercial reason or share it with other businesses. If you would like
to be kept informed about our products and new models you may use our
contact page.

Taxes and Customs

The Value Added Tax is already included in our prices.

Shipping

For international shipping we charge EUR. 25,00 for all parcels up to 500
grams. For sendings within the Netherlands we charge 6,50 euros.

UPS or DHL delivery on special request. (extra charge)

Please allow at most two weeks for shipments outside the E.U. from the date we recieve notification of
your payment. Within the E.U. please allow one week to ten days from
the date that we receive payment notification.

Copying/Imitation

Under no circumstances may our models or trade names be used by any other company in any other form without our permission.Promotional products such as images,
samples and webdesign can not be used without the consent of Northern Moods.

Guarantee

In spite of thorough quality control your collar and/or leash can have some
undetected defects. We have a 3 month guarantee on all our collars and
leashes. Please contact us however BEFORE you send back items at
info@northernmoods.com. Returns for any other reason will only be
granted after our approval.

Your Dog's Safety

Under no circumstances is Northern Moods responsible for the safety of your
dog. Our collars are meant as accessories, not as a means to keep your
dog under control.
